Hit the barre for our signature full-body workout designed to give you chiseled abs, toned legs, defined arms and a high, lifted booty. This 60 minute, core-centric class uses a wall-mounted barre for stability and focuses on total body strength, alignment, flexibility and posture as you work through a targeted progression of exercises. Sound easy? Don't be fooled. Push yourself to experience the "shake," then find balance, as every exhausted muscle is rewarded by a deep, therapeutic stretch.
Intro to Barre Defined - Level 1
New to the barre? Join us for a 60 minute class where we dive deeper into barre fundamentals like proper set-up and form, so you can get the best workout to maximize your results. But be assured, intro doesn't mean easy! Class times vary, so check the schedule.

Take your barre burn up a notch with our NEW Cardio+Barre class! High-intensity intervals combined with classic barre moves to blast fat and torch calories. But don't be scared, this class offers lower-intensity options so it's suitable for all fitness levels -- choose the options that suit YOUR body and work your way up!
