So hang up your ballet slippers and grab some sticky socks.
If you can hold onto the barre,

What to WearStandard yoga/pilates attire: form fitting leggings or capris (no shorts), a tank or tee (please no mid-drifts), and clean sticky socks are required. Sticky socks work best for traction on our hardwood floors and barres. We sell them in studio or you can find them at retailers like Target or Amazon.
What to BringYourself, sticky socks, water, and a great attitude! And maybe a friend! :)
WaiversBefore participating in class, we must have a signed liability waiver on file. Thank you for your understanding!

Injury/Pregnancy/Postpartum
Our barre teachers are specially trained to provide modifications for injury and pregnant/postpartum clients. Please let your teacher know of any injuries or modification needs. If your situation requires additional attention, we're happy to meet with you one-on-one outside of class hours to make sure you get the safest, most effective workout possible! *If you're expecting, we do require a signed doctor's note clearing you for workouts, in addition to our standard liability waiver, before you may participate in class. Please inform your barre teacher PRIOR to class if you're pregnant. Stall BarresYour barre teacher will ask each student to take a quick hang on the stall bars before and after class. To start, just 10-15 seconds is recommended to help elongate the spine and stretch out the spinal muscles. Clients with neck or shoulder injuries and those who are pregnant should NOT hang from the stall bar.
