CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
"Every time I leave the studio I feel like I can take on the world!"
"I have been attending Barre Defined for 3.5 years. I absolutely love the encouraging environment, sassy instructors, and challenges of each class. The instructors bring their own flair to every class that keeps a person, like me, from becoming stagnant. Clients are encouraged to modify for past injuries and whether you are a young college student or a grandmother of many, Barre is a body challenging workout that leaves one patting themselves on the back that they survived the 64 minutes!" - Mary LaRosa

"Have you ever heard of anyone actually sticking with their New Year's Resolution for more than a couple of weeks? Though it was a year-long journey, I was able to achieve my 2016 weight loss goal. Barre Defined helped me as I changed my lifestyle and eating habits. I am so glad Barre Defined opened its doors. The positive atmosphere, the knowledgeable trainers, and the accepting tribe helped me accomplish my 2016 New Year's Resolution." - Stephanie J. |
"For the 3 of you that have been on this journey with me from the beginning you know I HATED Barre! But for some reason I kept coming. I’ve always worked out, been active my whole life, played competitive sports but nothing has challenged my whole body and mind like Barre has. In fact, when I first started reading about it, Barre was the antithesis of a workout to me. However, as I was approaching a new decade -50’s. I was researching how I should be working out now to best benefit my body and all the research I read pointed to the Barre mantra, “strength, balance and flexibility” so I decided to give it a try.
Coming to the Barre has helped me in so many ways. I realized about 3 months in working out at the Barre became more about my mind than body. The peace and calmness I received after each class became addicting. That feeling kept me coming and then I started noticing changes in my body which was encouraging. It wasn’t about achieving a certain size, or weight but rather physical and internal strength became my goal. Strength coupled with peace has me addicted to Barre. I truly look forward to each summer because I can go everyday! I wish I could go more during the school year but I’m immensely grateful for the days that are available to me.
I hope each of you know how grateful I am for your dedication, effort and enthusiasm during classes. Loving what you do whether it is a career, job, or how you spend your time is vitally important to our mental health. Each of you exude joy and encouragement to all of us." - Kathy Phillips
