Reservation Policy

Let's play fair.

Online Registration
All clients must register for classes via our online scheduling system to reserve your space at the barre. Walk-ins will be accommodated only if space is available.

Wait List
We highly recommend putting yourself on the wait list if you are trying to sign up for a class that is full. As students cancel, students on the wait list will be notified via email and through our app that they have been added. Please remember to check your email if you are wait-listed.

Cancellations/No-Shows
If you know you cannot make your class reservation, kindly cancel it so others can take your barre space. You have up to one hour prior to class to cancel, but please do so as early as possible to avoid a small no-show fee.

If you no-show or cancel less than one hour prior to your scheduled class, you may be charged a small late cancel fee of $5, and a no-show fee of $10.

​If you cancel your scheduled 5am/6am class after 9pm the night before, you may be charged a small no-show fee of $5.

Holidays/Holiday Weekend no-shows and late cancellations will incur a $10 fee
due to high demand for those limited class times.

We know that sometimes the unexpected happens, if you cannot cancel online just give us a call and leave a message at 209-402-9170 or shoot a quick email to [email protected]

Studio Etiquette

Let's keep it friendly.

Check-In
Please check in at our front desk when you arrive. Sign in at our client kiosk using your phone number, email, or your personal QR code. We know, how cool is that?!

Late Arrivals
For health and safety reasons, clients are not permitted into the studio room 10 minutes past the start of class. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in.

Cell Phones
For the courtesy of our teachers and clients, cell phones must be silenced in the studio room, or left in the changing room. Our changing room is equipped with space to safeguard your belongings.

​Male Clients                                                                        
​Please utilize the coat hooks and shoe racks in the hallway near the restroom as the changing room is ladies-only. You are welcome to use the restroom to change.

REFUND POLICY: 
For our month to month members who wish to cancel, please notify us in writing of your wish to cancel up to 24 hours prior to your billing date. ​No refunds are provided in the event that you cancel after your billing date.

 Guidelines for Re-Opening
  • Smaller Class Sizes- each class has a maximum of 12 clients to help maintain a socially distant and safe environment.
  • Modified Class Schedule- our schedule is shortened to provide us ample time to clean and sanitize.
  • No Shared Props- any prop used by a client will remain with them throughout that class. Those props will then be cleaned and sanitized after each class, including each client's barre space.
  • Only clients registered for class are allowed in studio- during our re-opening transition, we ask that you only come to the studio for your scheduled classes. If you have any questions or concerns, please call or email the studio.
  • Minimal time spent in studio- we are asking clients to arrive just prior to class start time and depart right after class ends. As much as we LOVE to connect with you before and after class, we need to keep our focus on everyone's safety and health. 
  • Cleaning and sanitizing after each class- we deep clean and sanitize the studio after each and every class. This includes our mats, props, barres, stall barre, door handles, faucets, bathroom, client cubbies, front desk, and all surfaces and floors. 
  • Client Cubbies- we have marked cubbies for you to place your personal items in during class, including your shoes.
